What is“worldview“?
Let’s take an example. In the daily routine, every person is accustomed to following the news on the news, watching television, scrolling through posts on social media, and then there are the actions we take in our daily lives, the people we meet, our work, and so on. We can therefore say that worldview = how I live in (see the) world. Our“worldview” to a large extent is also influenced by this whole series of actions that cause this view to generate a life of happiness or unhappiness.
Writing is relaxing and liberating for me. In this space you will find excerpts and shares from my notes, ideas, insights, reflections thatI want to share with you web readers who follow me, so that we can create a mutual comparison and stimulus to“talk together.”

I have long applied a method that helps me shield myself from these influences so that I can choose to do what I like and want to do, so that even through the different actions I apply in my life, my worldview will come closer and closer to how I want to live in this world and How I want the world around me to be.
Here, by this I don’t mean to tell you that simply by changing your actions you will be happy all your life and the world will be without “misfortunes” or similar situations but, surely you will be able to live a different life where the moments of happiness will increase exponentially and you too can contribute to creating a better world for the whole community living on this planet and for the people you meet every day.
This is a pattern that I apply daily before doing anything in order to assess well the impact of my actions:
