2. HOW ARE THE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED?
The collected data are mainly processed with IT tools. Suitable security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
The Data Controller collects personal data through specific contact forms or the same are forwarded to the Data Controller by e-mail.
The Data Controller sends e-mail messages to users who have given specific consent through a newsletter management service.
For the newsletter service and the sending of commercial and advertising proposals, we use the Mailchimp service to send e-mail messages.
Personal data are mainly processed within the territory of the European Union.
3. WHO PROCESSES PERSONAL DATA?
Personal data are processed by specifically trained internal subjects authorized to process them, who will in any case be bound by professional secrecy and the utmost confidentiality on the same.
Personal data are processed by companies that take care of the updating and maintenance of the website, or that provide other services to the Data Controller, formally designated responsible for the processing of personal data and bound to compliance with technical and organizational security measures that guarantee the protection of the personal data of the interested parties.

The interested party can obtain confirmation that the processing of personal data concerning him is in progress, and obtain more information on the processing and a copy of the personal data.
