The personal data being processed are the data spontaneously provided by users when filling out the forms on the Site. In the case of filling out the “Contact Us” form, the personal data being processed are:

The processing is based on the execution of pre-contractual and contractual measures as they relate to requests for information, or requests for quotes through the completion of forms.CONTACT US FORM:
The processing is based on the legitimate interest of both the controller and the data subject, to respond to requests for information and clarification on the services of the data controller.
- What happens if we cannot process the data?
Failure to provide the data makes it impossible to forward requests and respond to data subjects.
- How long do we process them?
The data is processed for the time necessary to respond to requests for information and contact, for a maximum of 12 months; after which it will be deleted.
- Who will be able to know my data?
Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties.
In case of filling out the quote request forms, personal data will be communicated to companies in the automotive sector for which Ap Renting S.n.c. acts as an Agent, based on specific contracts. In any case, the data will be communicated to these automotive companies, which deal with long-term rentals, who will act as independent data controllers.
2. HOW ARE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED?
The collected data is mainly processed with computer tools. Appropriate security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use, and unauthorized access.
The Data Controller collects personal data through specific contact forms or they are forwarded to the Data Controller via email.
The data will be processed and stored in the territory of the European Union, except for disseminated data or those for the processing of which the data controller uses the services or resources of suppliers (e.g., IT, social) having offices or establishments abroad. Personal data is processed by internal subjects authorized for processing who have been properly trained and who will be bound by professional secrecy and maximum confidentiality. Personal data is processed by companies that handle the updating and maintenance of the website, or that provide other services to the Data Controller, formally designated as data processors or authorized to process personal data and bound to comply with technical and organizational security measures that ensure the protection of the personal data of the data subjects.

- The deletion of personal data
The data subject can obtain the deletion of personal data in the cases referred to in Article 17 GDPR.
- Restriction of processing concerning them

- With reference to personal data processed by automated means, the right to data portability. The data subject has the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used format.
