Program of the day

07:00 p.m. – Meeting and preparation with practical exercises linked to the release of tensions in our body.

07:15 p.m. – Sound bath with 432 Hz piano and Tibetan bells with Christian DeLord, Sound and Theta Healer.

08:30 p.m. – Heartfulness Meditation (for more info: www.heartfulness.ie or cc.galway@heartfulness.org).            Heartfulness Meditation is always free.

IMPORTANT: Bring your own yoga mat, blanket and whatever you need to feel comfortable. Spaces are limited. Booking is essential.

This is a very special event that combines a different kind of Sound Bath, with Tibetan bells and piano tuned to 432 Hz (the frequency of the Heart) with Heartfulness, a meditation that connects us with the light and love that is present in our hearts.
