Following the sound healing experience, the journey continues with a guided meditation session offered by Heartfulness Meditation Ireland — creating a natural bridge from the heart frequency of 432 Hz sound into the stillness and coherence of heart-centered meditation. A gentle, natural transition from sound into stillness.
