06:15 p.m. – Sound bath with 432 Hz piano and Tibetan bells with Christian DeLord.
07:30 p.m. – Heartfulness meditation (for more info: www.heartfulness.ie or cc.galway@heartfulness.org)

IMPORTANT: Bring your own yoga mat, blanket and whatever you need to feel comfortable. Spaces are limited. Booking is essential.
This is a very special event that combines a different kind of Sound Bath, with Tibetan bells and piano tuned to 432 Hz (the frequency of the Heart) with Heartfulness, a meditation that connects us with the light and love that is present in our hearts.
