05:15 p.m. – Sound bath with 432 Hz piano and Tibetan bells with Christian DeLord, musician, composer, Sound and Theta Healer.
IMPORTANT: Bring your own yoga mat, blanket and whatever you need to feel comfortable. Spaces are limited. Booking is essential.
