Isolated from everything, we will leave space for ourselves to get in touch with our depths through music, listening and guided meditations. Letting go.
It happens when you touch parts of yourself that you had kept hidden deep inside and don’t want to accept that they are really yours. We run away, we spend our time running away from ourselves more than we believe without even realizing it.
It is only by letting go that we achieve what we seek-I call it The Essence.
